These terms govern your use of the Spraay Protocol batch payment gateway ("the Service"), operated by Plagtech LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service — through the gateway API, the WooCommerce plugin, the Android app, or any other integration — you agree to these terms.
Spraay is a non-custodial batch payment tool. It prepares multi-recipient cryptocurrency transactions (primarily USDC on Base) that you review, approve, and sign with your own wallet. The Service coordinates batch assembly, fee estimation, and on-chain execution, but never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or private keys.
The Service charges a fee of 0.3% of the batch total, collected on-chain as part of the transaction you sign. The fee is shown before you approve. No hidden charges. Gas fees (paid to the blockchain network, not to us) apply separately and vary by network conditions.
We do not hold custody of your funds at any point. Every transaction requires your explicit wallet signature. We cannot access, freeze, reverse, or recover your funds or transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses and amounts before signing.
Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible once confirmed. Spraay cannot reverse, cancel, or modify a transaction after you sign it. Errors in recipient addresses or amounts cannot be corrected after submission. Always verify before signing.
If you use an API key to access the Service, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share your API key or embed it in client-side code. We may revoke keys that appear compromised or are used in violation of these terms.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or fraud. You represent that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable laws.
Spraay is a payment tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Blockchain network congestion, maintenance, or other factors may affect availability or transaction timing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plagtech LLC is not liable for losses arising from: transactions you authorize, incorrect recipient addresses or amounts you provide, blockchain network issues, smart contract behavior, wallet software behavior, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific transaction at issue.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
